1. How can I retrieve my client portal login password?
Simply email with your request and follow the instructions sent back to you in order to retrieve or reset your password.
2. How many designers will be working on my project?
We have multiple designers working on every project so that a full breadth of options can be explored. This comprehensive approach leaves nothing unturned and no room for doubt about the chosen direction of your design project. Designers work both collaboratively and individually to produce your designs.
3. Do I have to sign a contract?
We do require a signed contract in order to begin work. Contracts are a valuable tool in defining roles and clarifying expectations for projects. Our contract is short and straightforward.
4. Why is there no pricing on your web site?

5. Are high-pressure sales used in the free consultation?
No! Two members of our team meet with you to discuss your needs. If you decide after we meet you will not use our services it's not a problem. Just keep forkupine in mind for the future! No pressure!
6. How long have you been building web sites?
Our designers and developers have years of direct experience in the field.
7. If I do not live in either the DC or Orlando areas, can I still get help with my web site?
Yes! We work with clients from all over. We have representatives working in many areas and offer an array of communication methods including complete online project tracking.
8.What if I need changes to my web site once it has been published?
We will be happy to make changes for you and offer plans for monthly maintenance depending on the volume of changes you have. We also offer training in software packages which allow easy collaboration right from your home or office computer. A more complex option is a content management system (CMS). A CMS is programmed into your web site and allows for instant changes to occur right in the browser window. We provide you with a username and password to do so. Multiple levels of editing capabilities are available.
9. Will I 'own' my domain name?
You will own your domain name! We will be listed simply as a 'technical contact' in order to set up your domain properly. We offer domain registration as an added convenience to you. We do not profit from the registration in any way.
10. Can I provide my own hosting for my site?
Yes! You are free to choose any hosting provider which meets the needs of your site. We do offer web hosting services.
